Weekly lead and sales report by source, from the CRM to Telegram
Every Monday the head of the school gets leads and sales per source in Telegram, compared with the week before, plus five lines of conclusions in plain words.
- Input
- amoCRM deals for two weeks
- Output
- Numbers and a summary in Telegram
- n8n nodes
- 7 plus a setup note
- File
- school-weekly-report.json
The problem
To see which channel works, someone exports deals from amoCRM at the end of the week, groups them by tag in a spreadsheet and writes to the head of the school. It takes an hour or two, does not happen every week, and by the time the numbers are ready the ad decision has been made without them.
The chain step by step
- Monday, 9:00. The workflow runs on a schedule; nobody has to start it.
- Deals from amoCRM. It pulls deals created and closed in the last two weeks, page by page, until amoCRM says there are no more pages.
- Count by source. The source comes from the deal’s UTM_SOURCE field; deals without it go to a “no tag” row. For each source it counts leads and won deals this week and last week.
- Claude summary. The model gets only the counted table and writes five lines: what grew, what dropped, which source brings leads without sales and what to look at. It does not invent reasons the numbers do not show: the request says so.
- Message in Telegram. The head’s chat gets the numbers by channel and the summary. If the model does not answer, the numbers still arrive.
What the school provides
A long-lived amoCRM token. UTM fields filled on deals: the website form recipe or the bot tags recipe puts them there. An Anthropic API key. A Telegram bot and the head’s chat.
What the school gets
Numbers by channel every Monday without a manual export. The comparison with last week shows at once where things dropped. The summary reads in a minute, and the numbers under it let you check every conclusion.
Where it breaks
The report is only as honest as the tags are complete. If half the deals have no source, the first week shows a large “no tag” row, and the place to start is the tags, not the report. A lead paid a month later counts in the sales of the week the deal closed.
The n8n file
Download school-weekly-report.json. Import: Workflows, Import from File. The amoCRM and Anthropic nodes use empty credentials, and the note inside the file says what goes into them.
This is a demo. The recipe was built for the portfolio and has not run for a school yet.
