How the work goes

Four steps. You see the agent working before it goes live.

  1. Task review

    We talk through where requests come from and what the agent has to do.

  2. Script and knowledge base

    I write the dialogue logic and collect the answers the agent will rely on.

  3. Build and test

    I assemble the agent on Watbot and test it on real questions with you.

  4. Launch and support

    The agent goes live, I watch the dialogues and refine the base.

Plugins

Plugins for ChatGPT and Claude

Separately from agents, I build plugins that put a service inside the assistant, submit them to the directories and work on them after launch. If you already have a service, it can become a plugin without a rewrite.

About me

I am a co-founder of Watbot, a platform for building bots and AI agents. It has been running since 2018, and more than 70,000 bots have been created on it.

For eight years I have been building bots and automations for businesses as turnkey projects: from the first call to launch and support. Most of my clients came from a short video or a recommendation.

I live in Bali and work with clients remotely. The platform is watbot.org.
