Automation for agencies and freelancers
An agency spends repeating time on two things: finding clients and reporting to the ones it has. Both are mechanical, both come off, and there is finished work behind each.
What should an agency automate first?
Client reporting and finding new work. A weekly report assembles itself from analytics and the CRM, with a short summary in words, and lands in an inbox. Finding work runs like a radar: the system reads open boards, scores what it finds and brings the fitting ones into Telegram. Internal dashboards on WeWeb and Xano cover the third case, when a spreadsheet is no longer enough and a full CRM is too much.
Internal CRM and dashboards
A pipeline, records and access rules on WeWeb and Xano. A real backend rather than a spreadsheet held together by formulas. There is a live demo you can log into.
Finding clients on open boards
The system reads forums and job feeds, picks out the fitting ones, drafts a reply and keeps the records inside Telegram.
Client reports with an AI summary
The week's numbers from analytics and ad accounts, compared with the week before, with the conclusions in plain words. Sent on a schedule.
Built under your name
I build on your accounts and hand it over with a short guide. Your client sees you; my name is not in the project.
Where to start
With whatever repeats every week. A report someone assembles by hand each Friday is the obvious candidate: the work is known in advance and the result shows within a week.
Finding clients is worth automating second. It is harder and needs tuning to your own criteria, but it pays back more visibly.
What already exists
The internal CRM on WeWeb and Xano is built and running: a backend with authentication and business logic, a deal pipeline, and a live demo you can log into yourself. The client-finding system reads open boards and keeps its records in Telegram.
Both are open as cases, with screenshots of the interfaces. This is not a list of capabilities; it is what has been built.
Under your name
A question agencies ask often: can the work be handed to a client as your own. It can. I build on your accounts, hand over with a short guide, and do not appear in front of your client. Upkeep afterwards is by agreement, and you can keep it yourself.
