Content Factory

Posts that sound like you, and closer with every round

A system that writes in your voice, from your own words. Every post is checked against your rules and approved by you before it is published.

See how the work goes

The content factory produces material in your name: posts, newsletters, chatbot messages, video scripts. Every idea in them comes from something you said or decided, and each one can be traced to its source. The system adds nothing of its own.

The work runs in rounds. You talk about what is happening to you and what you think right now. That becomes a series of pieces, each one picking up from the last and leading the reader toward the reason you publish at all.

A piece reaches you only after it has been checked against every rule, one at a time. A doubt counts as a failure, and a piece with a doubt goes no further. You reply with an approval or with notes by number, right in the chat.

01Content Factory

What I do

Four parts of one system. Each of them rests on what you said, not on guesswork.

  • 01

    A knowledge base about you

Built from a brief and your voice notes: who you are, what you think, how you talk, what you keep private and what is already out. Every fact has a source.

  • 02

    One dictation, weeks of content

You answer a set of questions out loud and say what is on your mind now. Those fresh thoughts become a content plan where each piece picks up from the last.

  • 03

    Headlines, texts and visuals

For every platform, by its own rules. You get each piece as a list of short points and approve it point by point.

  • 04

    It learns from your edits

An edit that could come up again becomes a rule. Next round, you will not have to make it.

02How the work goes

Seven steps. Each one starts only once the one before it is approved.

How the method works One round of work, eight steps
  1. Brief

You answer questions about yourself and your work; I find many of the answers in your material first.

  2. Rules

You approve the rules every piece of yours will be checked against.

  3. Dictation

You talk through what is going on with you and what you think right now.

  4. Content plan

You pick an option and approve the topics and their order.

  5. Headlines

You approve the headline of each piece or correct it by number.

  6. Texts

You approve finished texts that have already passed every rule.

  7. Visuals

You approve the photos, video, carousels and story frames for each piece.

03What it costs you in time

Your part is talking and answering. I handle the rest.

  • Dictate, then answer by number

Mostly you dictate, then reply with an approval or with notes against the numbered points.

  • Draft answers are ready

Every question comes with a suggested answer built from your own words. Correcting is easier than starting from a blank page.

  • By voice or through an AI chat

Answer by voice, in writing, or through any AI chat: upload the questions, talk your answers to it and send back the filled-in document.

04How you see it getting sharper

Every round is measured. The numbers show how fast the system is learning your language.

  • 01

    Time per round

How long it took from dictation to approved visuals, and how much of that was your time.

  • 02

    Approved first time

The share of points you approved without a single edit. When it grows, the rules are working.

  • 03

    Closer each round

There are fewer edits each time, because every edit that repeats turns into a rule.

  • 04

The first round is a start

The first round is where the rules get collected. Measuring starts with the second, once the work runs on them.

The diagram shows the principle, not project data. Your real numbers will appear in the history of rounds.

05Ego design

Your voice comes into focus round by round

Everyone speaks the language of their own ego: the words they like, how they want to sound, what gets under their skin. That language shows itself over several rounds and shifts as you do, so the base and the rules are kept current every round.

How the method works

A diagram: the more rounds, the clearer your voice in the texts.
