What it was
On Watbot a person builds an AI agent for messengers and fills its knowledge base: services, terms, answers to the questions customers ask. That base only worked where the bot itself worked. Step outside the messenger and the knowledge was out of reach.
What was built
A plugin that opens the knowledge base of a built agent to ChatGPT and Claude. One server serves both: they speak the same protocol, so the second one connects without a separate build.
How it works
Someone asks a question in ChatGPT or in Claude. The assistant reaches the agent’s knowledge base and answers from it, rather than from general knowledge off the internet. The base stays on Watbot, with nothing to move or duplicate.
Result
The knowledge base of an agent is reachable in ChatGPT and Claude. The same build serves both platforms.
