What it was
Requests for automation and development work appear across many forums, job boards and social feeds. Checking them by hand took hours and good requests were answered too late.
What was built
A service that reads public sources every few minutes, filters out ads and job seekers, scores each request and sends it to Telegram. Replies are approved with one tap and sent by email. A CRM in the same bot keeps statuses, notes and the full history, and client replies from the mailbox land in the right card.
How it works
The bot only reads public content and never posts on its own. Every outgoing message is approved by a person. Follow ups are scheduled and stop as soon as the client replies.
Result
Requests arrive within minutes of being posted, and every conversation is tracked in one place.
